Our mission
We train justice-involved individuals and the professionals who serve them, because practice only changes when both sides of that relationship are supported. The same trauma-informed lens then runs through the programs we help build and the evaluations we carry out.
We work across probation and justice services, substance use treatment, rehabilitative and reentry facilities, and youth-serving systems.

About Consult-Ed Solutions
Our vision
A justice field where professionals ask what happened to a person rather than what is wrong with them, and where that one question changes what becomes possible for clients, practitioners and communities.
Distress, addiction and offending have histories. We work on the conditions underneath them rather than the surface behavior.
What happened to this person, instead of what is wrong with them. One question, asked consistently, changes how a whole system responds.
Practice that holds after we leave, in the manual, the training calendar and the way staff talk to each other.
What partners say
