Short Courses
Self-paced and cohort courses on our learning platform, with certificates on completion. For practitioners building their own practice, and for agencies that need everyone covered without losing a day of coverage.

What it is
Not every agency can release a whole team for a day. Short courses take the core of what we teach and break it into pieces that fit a lunch break, a quiet hour on shift, or a fortnight of small sessions.
Each course is short video, a little reading, and tasks that ask you to apply it to a real case from your own caseload. No timed tests.
Courses are hosted on our learning platform, so progress and certificates live in one place. Team licenses let a supervisor see who has completed what.
Who it is for
Officers, counselors, case managers and support staff building trauma-informed practice on their own time.
Supervisors rolling out a shared baseline across shifts, with completion visible in one dashboard.
A primer ahead of a training day, or a way to hold the learning six months later.
The courses
Courses open in our learning platform in a new tab. Progress and certificates live there. Final course list to be confirmed by the owner.
The core sequence, the science in plain words, and what it changes about your first ninety seconds with someone in distress.
Practical co-regulation when the room is loud, the caseload is full and you have eleven minutes.
Moving a team from what is wrong with this person to what happened to them, in the way cases are discussed and recorded.
For supervisors: running reflective supervision that people attend willingly.
What the transition out actually demands of a person, and where support usually drops away.
Where trauma-informed practice meets your recording and statutory duties, without watering down either.

What to expect
Each one lists its duration, format and what you will be able to do at the end.
Modules run 15 to 30 minutes. Your place is saved as you go.
A reflective task on a real situation from your own setting.
Downloadable on completion, with your name and the hours logged.
In practice
"[Testimonial from a partner agency. What changed for the team, and for the people they serve.]"

A short call will point you at the right starting point, or tell you honestly that training is the better route.
