Training
Trauma-informed training for justice-involved individuals and the professionals who serve them, plus professional development for practitioners, supervisors and frontline staff.

What it is
We train the people doing the work and, where an organization wants it, the people the work is done with. Building capacity on one side only tends to wear off; when both sides have the same language, the relationship carries it.
There is no fixed deck. Before a session we talk to you, read what you can share, and where it helps we spend time on site. By the day itself the examples come from your caseloads, your units and your shift patterns.
Short input, then practice, then time to talk it through. Nobody is put on the spot, and nobody is asked to disclose anything personal.
Who it is for
Probation officers, counselors, corrections and reentry staff, including the people carrying the heaviest caseloads.
Professional development for the people who set the tone, run supervision and decide what gets escalated.
Group work with clients and residents, so the language they hear from staff is language they have been given too.

What to expect
A 30-minute call to understand your setting, your pressures and what has already been tried.
We send an outline for you to change. You approve the examples before we use them.
Input, practice and time to think, with breaks that are long enough to be useful.
A practice summary, a follow-up call at six weeks, and an open door for questions.
In practice
"[Testimonial from a partner agency. What changed for the team, and for the people they serve.]"
Placeholder, owner to supply.
Tell us how many people and how much time you can protect. We will say what fits.
