Wellness and Retreats
Wellness training, staff retreats, workshops and facilitated focus groups, designed to prevent burnout before it costs an organization its best people.

What it is
Burnout in justice and treatment settings is not a wellbeing poster problem. It is a retention problem, and the staff who carry the most tend to go first, taking years of relationships with them.
Wellness training gives teams something practical: what secondary trauma does, how it shows up in a caseload, and what actually helps. Retreats give them the thing training cannot, which is time away from the building with enough structure that the day goes somewhere.
Workshops and facilitated focus groups follow the same principle in a shorter shape, and are often used before a service change or after a critical incident.
Who it is for
A day to look at culture, workload and the distance between the policy and the practice.
A retreat that rebuilds relationships between people who have only seen each other under pressure.
A facilitated ninety minutes to hear what a team, or a group of participants, actually thinks.

What to expect
What is the question, who needs to be in the room, and what is off the table.
We propose a shape and a running order. You edit it until it fits.
We hold the day. Breaks are real, and nobody is made to perform.
A written summary of what was said and agreed, anonymized where it needs to be.
Tell us the size of the team and roughly when. We will come back with a shape and an honest cost.
